At Home Hearing Aid Care, we value your privacy and make every effort to respect your wishes and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS service. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use your phone numbers.

COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS

We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during inquiries or requesting an appointment. We do not send any marketing related SMS messages. Therefore, we do not have a formal 'OPT-IN/OPT-OUT' policy. However, you can request that we only communicate to you via phone calls and we will accommodate that request. We do not share phone numbers with anybody outside of our practice.

USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS 

Our SMS messages are used to provide you with personalized information related to your hearing aid services, updates, and support. These text messages will relate to your specific hearing aid product, appointments, or any communication specific to your personal situation with us. We do not use SMS messaging to send marketing material of any kind. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
